Voices of Hope (VOH) contributes to worship through the gift of song at multiple Sunday morning services, both regular and festival services. Stemming from a modern, yet traditional choral heritage, we incorporate many musical styles into our anthems and other musical offerings.
We all have a song to sing!
The Voices of Hope provide music for the Sunday morning worship services. VOH is the largest choir and singers experience a variety of repertoire from classic to contemporary. Arrangements are written in 4-parts for soprano, alto, tenor and bass. Solo opportunities are also available. Rehearsal is on Thursday from 7pm to 8pm.
Voices of Hope (VOH) is a mixed SATB choir, which usually sings weekly for two of three Sunday services, and for all festival services, and other performances. Stemming from a modern yet traditional choral heritage, we incorporate many musical styles into our anthems and other musical offerings. VOH is more than the sum of its vocal parts, musical backgrounds, and experiences. We are brothers and sisters in Christ—learning, growing and singing together as a family, in cooperative worship of Him, who we serve. Come one, come all!
Who can join VOH?
All singers are invited to join, with or without a choral background. Auditions are not required. Year-round and seasonal singers are welcome!
What’s the time commitment?
Voices of Hope usually sings for two of three services on one Sunday each month, for special festival services, and other musical offerings. Rehearsals are held on Thursdays, 7:00-8:30 PM. Extra rehearsals will be held for special performances.
